Looking for a video streaming script

I've been searching for this all over google, but all I find are video sharing scripts. I'm not looking for something that will allow people to post videos, nor do I need a script that will autoupdate videos based on tags.

What I am looking for is a script that will allow me to post videos on the site using a specified URL to a video. I want to handpick the videos basically.

As an example: http://www.watchscrubs.net/watch-scrubs-online/

This is exactly what I need.

i just launch something just like what you need. this script let put in the url or code manually or rss feeds how ever you want to do it. i havent edit the script yet i just tested to make sure it works. here is a link http://xxxflicks.tv/tvlive/

That looks like a good script you have there, but $50 is on the pricey side of the tracks.
