Looking for A Proxy Starter Plan

I'm looking a proxy starter plan at maximum of $3 per month. This proxy isn't receiving much traffic yet nor using much space so I'm looking for a good amount of space and bandwidth for the $3.

If you have any such plans, then post them here and I may be interested.

 

Hostgator is the best for running Proxy sites,Torrents,IRC ..the shared servers have 16GB RAM and 1gbps connections allowing upto 81MB/s transfers.Why would you need offshore slow servers when u get all things in USA high speed servers?
