Contest Logo design for Propety development $40 to winner

    Need a logo for a development of new properties called Mill Hill Court.

    The development is in London, UK and will feature a cluster of 8 properties. Part of the conditions the builders face is that the branding currently on the face of the pub (which is being redeveloped into flats) must be retained.

    As a result the logo should include a windmill, possibly even the same one the building currently features (see attached images)

    1. Logo runs for 5 days but will extend if required
    2. No clip art/copyright images please - original designs only
    3. Logo must be suitable for web and print
    4. Winner will be paid via Paypal
    5. If no suitable logo is found, we reserve the right not to appoint a winner

    Please note: This contest takes the place of the one originally run at

    that's good but the wording doesn't have to be in the same position or font etc. It's only the wind mill icon that needs to be as similar as possible.

    I am really disappointed to say that this contest is being cancelled. The client has not found a design he likes and is refusing to pay me for the time spent on this. As a gesture of goodwill for the time you guys have spent on this I am prepared to pay $20 out of my own pocket to one designer. I chose Athisa at random as the winner.
