Frames with CSS, yeah Check it www.seofaq.net But it was a nightmare to get it to work with both IE and FF ... Actually, is it not a brilliant new idea to put the adsense like I did?
That's disgusting. You should make the upperpane to act like a topframe instead of box that doesn't cover the titles.
Thanks for constructive feedback. Of course. They submitted it to the site to get it there in the first place. They get their name and link under the answer. Why must I post first there? I am not hiding the adsense. I don't get you guys ...
It's a neat idea but several things to consider are : 1. the top "frame" covers the scroll bar in IE 2. when scrolling through content you can see it on the top left between the top "frame" and the adsense 3. most people don't like frames
Hmm. Well the reason for the frame is so that visitor doesn't have to go back to top all the time in order to jump to next question. This is strange. It works better in FF than in IE, for me it is perfect. Or do you have 800*600 resolution? That doesn't work so well.
i am using 1024*768 on XP its showing goole ad and then in bottom the rest o content. may be some problem with width
Disgusting? That's pretty harsh. Looks great from here Jim, great alternative to frames IMO. Thanks for sharing.
Here is another example of frames with CSS: CSS Frames Example Page I belive frames can be very useful, but when standard HTML frames are used there are alot of drawbacks to consider. You can read about them here: CSS Frames vs Standard HTML Frames Good Luck Jim
