I just PM'd the guy that it may be a good idea to at least respond to the charge. It is always good to hear both sides. Hard to believe he would ruin his reputation after 32 iTraders for $650. Of course you never know.

This guy is operating multiple usernames,i sent him PM and told that i could help him regarding this and then he added me with and then from google i got
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=799489

So obviously he is using multiple accounts here and should be banned.

I figured as much but wanted to give him an honest chance just in case he missed this somehow. Of course, he tucked his tail and went offline. Smells like proof to me. Of course, I am not a mod.

So many scammers in our poor little DP forum. :(

You can file a case small claims court, if he show up you win, and it cost you about $20-50 to file, at that point you could take it to paypal and godaddy

that sucks, i got scammed while selling mmorpg items on ebay some guy purchased stuff from me for 800$ and after i traded the items he filled a dispute and got the money+my items

next time you trade something that's worth more then 200$ using paypal ask the buyer to wait 1 week until you transfer the money to your bank account/credit card.

What reason did he give as to why he feels that he shouldn't have to pay for what he got? All I've seen you say about it is that he filed a dispute. If you feel PayPal is going to side with him then he must have a good reason.

As I remember the TOS at PayPal digital or non physical items aren't covered by any buyer protection. A domain name should definitely fall under the category of a non-physical item.

If I were you I'd take the time to go through their TOS line by line to see if you can find any angles.

What a BOLD question. Did you see MY JOIN DATE?

I present a valid question along with good solid advise and you attack me.

You're not very bright are you?

Are you sure it is a dispute filed by the buyer? Sometimes PayPal does it if they suspect of anything with the payment method or something, is there anything written by the buyer on description field? If it is the buyer, Paypal will protect him, that's the worst thing about PayPal as far as i'm concerned; they always side with they payer, no matter if he is right or wrong. Paypal does not need a reason to side with the buyer if the item was an unshippable one, they just defaultly accept the buyer is right. That's why i only use escrow for xxx$+ payments when i'm the seller.

Paypal will get side of buyer always,
but writing a lone message against dispute would be great
it also depends on how many dispute you had before in your pp account , they may not refund money but they will limit your account for 6 month and also maybe it was a stolen paypal account if you smell this you should try this by godaddy because paypal hardy refund payments that made by stolen paypal accounts
    describe that to goddady

Are you living in US? If yes start a legal action in the court. Hire a lawyer and get your money, your domains back. He will also pay for the costs of the lawyer.
