unlucky there...did you not make any checks on the guy that you sold them to?? Also with such a high value sale you should have been more careful, plus I dont think the domains were worth $325 and the guy offering you such amount would have been a scammer. Anyway contact paypal (but to be honest they will not help) try godaddy.

I searched the guy and his email but nothing came up. I will search again, but the offer was too good to pass ;) I called paypal to make sure that I was protected pre-transanction and they assured me of their protection. Might as well try even If I pretty much knew he would scam.

Reminds me of the saying "If it sounds to good to be true . . . it probably is." from what I have read if you report this to godaddy tell them it was un-authorised transfer and your not sure how it happened. And they are more likely to help you.

Well if possible, can I please get a mod to Ban this guy!

    UserName: ItalianCompany

Also, if possible please allow me to edit my original thread so that I can state these were stolen! Also, I looked into the dispute...Apparently the dispute is over a unauthorized charge to an account, so apparently, this guy hacked the account...Any more help? I am calling GoDaddy right now...Anyone specific I should ask to talk to like a manager or anything? Anyone else go through this?

Well, I just IMed him and he said "yeah I scammed you f*** face" which is sufficient evidence for GoDaddy :) Can I open a new thread about this, or please get a mod to let me change the original thread to share with everyone I was scammed?

ok, release the guys details here at least so we all know who he is so his identity is out thats the least he deserves, and send him an email with the link to this thread. Also if he has got the domains, you can probably find out who he is, get a hacker to track him down or something. Sorry to say but you will most probably not get your money back, paypal never paid me my money back when I got scammed, so unlucky there. But try godaddy.

made a few check ups on him but he is clearly a scam you should have noticed it. He has got 3 different emails...also if its someone new like that you should have done 2 things; only sent the domain to the paypal address and second you should have given 48hours for the transfer. Anyway thats for next time. But for now try and get the domains back but it will be hard. Also was the paypal address the same as that address??

How did you go about getting them back from GoDaddy? I really want mine back because these are semi-valuable domains, so I really want em back :)
