    This site has a PR of 3. The Alexa ranking is between 700,000 to 800,000 ( weekl). I do not have time to keep putting news and then advertising it. If someone is good at blogging Indian, techie and international news, it will be good for him. You will also need to keep advertising.

    The adsense revenue is not great, although a lot of potential exist. But many people know this site and its greatest strength is its PR = 3. The site has yet not been posted on any diretories - a task that I started yesterday and I expect that the site will have a PR of at least 4 in next PR update..

    Sent me an offer here or in PM. I will definitely consider it as I am willing to unload it. The starting offer is $100 and a min $10 increment.

    is this include its hosting? someone told me that if the hosting is different the PR will gone... can you lower the price... i am interested in buying but my budget is not that much

    I will let you keep the hosting which is on godaddy. The space and traffic does not take a lot. But you will evetually be moving to your own server - may be on godaddy itself It includes the domain name as well as the site.

    No the bid can not be lower than that. It has couple of hundred of old news pages - many of which can be page rank 1 in next update with proper back linking ...
