You can contact with adsense term via email. Totally agreed. Don't worry about it. Recently more and more webmasters tend to affiliate product because adsense revenue dropped sharply.
You won't get banned without an explanation, what explanation did Google give you when you are banned? Till now you have not indicated why Google banned you, just that you are banned. I doubt Google banned you because of $70/day or $800, they would be more than happy for you to earn that much, because that means they earn much more. Banning you means they have to return to advertisers all the money.
A million members? Dang, you ought to be making more than 800 measly bucks from Adsense. You should be able to do way better through some affiliate programs. Alan

There is nothing wrong with having $800 in your account... If you earn $70 a day that just means that you're waiting for the payout date.. The question is - Did Google send you an email with an explanation as to why they banned you?..
That was something I am very curious on and that was what I was asking earlier, but seemed no reply from the OP. I do believe Adsense will send an email with the reason why they banned you. They won't banned you for no reason at all. Even saying that your site is a potential threat to their subscribers is one of the reasons.

I believe when I agreed to their TOS on the 25th they said they will pay what you have left in the account within 90 days?

No, i took 3 sites from $1 a day to $450 per day per site in just 20 days and it wasn't an issue because my traffic was 98% organic from the SERP's. His traffic source is the issue, Google doesn't like referrals from Email's and when the bulk of your clicks originate from this source it will ring alarm bells. Also the Ad Layout was against the TOS, i don't know if you listened to the advice and fixed it though.
