Feedback Is this allowed and where can I post it?

I am looking to promote the WISECP.com Web Hosting Billing Script because I believe it to be the next best thing since WHMCS. I want to promote this with their Affiliate Program, so Affiliate links would be in the post.

I only just discovered this Web Hosting Bllling Script as of recently, and It wasn't until recently that I purchased a Lifetime License.

Can you please let me know if these type of promotional threads are allowed on digital point? And if so, could you please direct me to the right area to post?
