Is there any one to help me?

I have been there in this forum for more than a week, and I have more than 10 posts, but I have not been allowed a signature yet. Can anyone help me to attain the signature as well as to improve my reputation.

 

Try 40 posts. That's where I got my shiny sig. Lol

 

That means I have to work four times more than I have worked. Well, hoping for the best.

Can anyone tell me something about the reputation system, how it works.

 

There is a balance pic in the right upper corner of each post. If you click there a submenu will open and you can ad negative or positive reputation with a short comment to the poster. When you give good advice, comments or something useful to the community, members may thank you by adding reputation. Hint giving negative reputation to someone will lower your reputation for one point too, just to avoid giving negative reputation without reason.
