    WTF with our India government.
One side they are counting our NIFA into their GDP to calculate national income which off course is a sign and proud for them as higher the GDP the more wealthy country will be and on the other hand they are implementing narrow barriers for us (INDIANS) to earn income.. what the hell with them..
Well, as far as I know, this issue can only be resolved if RBI itself amend paypal but i highly doubt that they will because they were always looking for an Excuse to shut down paypal payments in india.
Mandatory Implementation of PAN CARD in indian paypal accounts was their first excuse.. which is still effective since implemented.

We have to file Complaints against this change through our lawsuit because RBI won't help us without that..

Fuck globalization in indian economy as it barely gave us what it has to be in terms..

Can anyone confirm me one thing :

I get commisions from various companies in USD which are generally over 1000 USD each.
Does this capping of 500 USD means i can not get them now to my paypal, even knowing i can not use them...??

If this is a yes, i think many business will be ruined.

Is there any possibility to tell my companies that being from india, they should send me packets of 490 USD each, this is SO STUPID..

Man, Last year i seriously thought of leaving INDIA :
iNDia is not for guys like us who are willing to make a life out of Internet Marketing.
Fucking GOVERNMENT can not understand IM leave alone they understand our situation.

Morons like them just know one thing : Push money out of india into their swiss accounts.

This is now the same situation, again same thoughts leave the country.
    Regards

Dude, this country is rules by fucking morons.
Look at our rulers, these idiots just have the knowledge to run a swiss account, though i doubt that one too coz these illiterates can't even do that.

And we are trying hard enough to make money , to feed ourselves and our home which these idiots wont let us do..
Man, I love india but can't live here with these rulers ruining us.

I am very much aware of this thing but remember that we only chosen them to operate our country..
I know these rules are bad and making our life hard as hell but rather than just telling them idiots or morons won't solve our problem..
We need to take some steps..

Here is one step we can take..
One of the Serial entrepreneur Ankesh Kothari from Mumbai, India Raised voice against it and made a website www.ieoi.in to get a huge amount of people Raise their voice against this issue.

Fill the petition and raise your voice against RBI and hopefully things will change before March.

I have no intention of leaving country but these new rules make me think to do this.

Every year RBI are implementing new rules.
Last year they blocked personal payments.
This year even they blocked Payoneer cards and now in Feb month,Neteller cards is also banned by RBI in India.
This year they blocked from buying Paypal balance, cant keep money in your account and cant recieve more than 500$ payment.
You will heard next year they will stop buying from cc also and in 2013 they will stop Paypal services In India.
Even IF you switch to Different Payment processor, all will bear this situation like now Paypal is doing. :(

If we all become one and raise our hands against RBI and request RBI to tell Paypal to stop this new rules, then I think something good for all Indians can happen :)

    Dude this is not possible..
Here RBI has to change the rules and not paypal..
If Paypal follow the current rules of RBI then Paypal will be considered as a bank in India and they will come in a complete different set of rules..

Here we have to against RBI and not paypal because if we go against paypal then they will tell that they are just circumnavigating the new rules by RBI and they don't want to become a bank at all or don't want to be governed by Indian rules..

We need to go against the rules of RBI because if RBI changes then Paypal will automatically change..

I am sure RBI is also not going to change the rules because they want max control on PayPal and PayPal will not change as they don't want to be reated like a bank :(

    WTF....
Big Guns fighting on the top but why the hell they can't see whom they are crushing down...

Sorry to use such language but I am really really getting frustrated now and lot of anger is coming...

I just noticed that if you receive say $5 (Rs.225 approx) in your paypal and you have to transfer it within 7days and while transferring paypal will charge you a fees of Rs.50 so you get only Rs.175 in your account...
    WTF...
