Buying I'm looking to buy sites earning Adsense revenue NOW. Hurry first come first serve!!

I'm in the market for a few adsense sites with at least 3 months of verifiable revenue proof via google analytics. I must be able to log in a view the traffic channel. Screen shots will not suffice as there have been too many photoshopped screen-shots lately. (Not that you would of course).

Sites must have unique content and you will need to move the site onto my server.

Payment via verified paypal account only, or escrow for larger purchases.

I've been in the site buying business for many years so please don't try to scam me.

Sites need to be earning at least $1 per day.

I would like to know how many months revenue are you willing to pay? There have been guys over here to whom i have PMed some log stable earner sites and after claming in the thread they pay well they offer 4-5 months revenue only..

So its better ifyou clear that thing and how much of a budget you have..

Secondly, any particular niche you "not" looking for?
