I have not had any trouble from Sony regarding the trademark. That being said, I could not guarantee what might happen in the future - who knows?

Yes. Currently the only income from this site has been from Adsense.

It wouldn't take much to add another program in order to monetize the site with banners, or other ads, etc...

2. You seem to know what youre doing, so why sell this site if it earns money for no work?

 

It was live until earlier today when I posted the site for sale here on DP.

I don't want to do anything that may put my Adsense account in jeopardy. Getting a sudden surge in visitors from one source (i.e. DP forum) could look suspect to Google and may perhaps appear as some kind of scheme to make money by having "friends" click on my ads.

I would rather simply deactivate my Publisher ID until the site sells to avoid any potential complication and/or draw undue attention to my account from the quality of the clicks the site may receive.

That is a very good question. I forgot to mention that I have a few small bills that I need to pay, and would rather have the lump of money than the $8/mo this site is currently making.

I have lots of other sites that are making more money, which is where I spend the majority of my time. I just don't seem to have the time to devote to this site in order to increase the traffic and revenue right now.

Of course I am not desperate to sell this site since it is already making money. If I can't sell it for my price, then I will just keep it.

I received a PM asking how to add additional programs to monetize this website.

My answer would be that there are a number of other programs such as eBay's affiliate program and Amazon.com's affiliate program that should be able to generate a decent commission for you on a regular basis.

It would be simple to create or collect a banner from either of these two programs and insert it into the left hand navigation and/or just below the headline in the middle column of the website.

The whole process would probably take 2-3 minutes to implement for the entire website.

Yes, the template included could be used on as many other websites as you would like.

"Is it hard to use and does it require special software to edit?"

No. Editing the template is very easy. No special software is required to edit the template. All you need to be able to do is know how to copy and paste in order to make a few minor changes.
