I'm here to sell my 10 micro niche sites which I made few months back.. These sites are completely different from the sites I have sold in this thread (however sales letter is almost same because of the same nature of the sites.. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1883658

Few details about the sites:

All sites are 5-6 pages long (including contact, privacy etc pages)
Content on each and every site is 100% unique
All sites are on number one page of Google
Each is receiving around 25-30 visitors per day
Site have earned $15-20 in last 7 days (Before that they were not monitized with any revenue source)

Please don't expect me to give away the names of the all domains to you coz you know it very well that they are less competitive and I can't believe everyone out there to steal my niche..

Potential: As I already said that all 10 sites are on page one of google but they aren't on first position of google.. If you can do even a little bit link building and SEO on these then its hell lot easy to move them on the top of the big G and in this way you can even double your earning... The sites have potential to earn more than $800 per month.. All they require is just little bit of SEO and link building..

A quick tip. You value a site for sale by its income for 8-10 months.

$20 x 52 would be 12 months worth, and thats less than $1100. You're waay overvaluing the sites, sorry.

 

Sites in a general niche typically sell for 36 months revenue minimum.

 

Price includes the coaching by me - Earn $3000+ per month from such sites..
It's way too cheap buddy..
