    Hi!

    I'm here to sell my 10 micro niche sites which I made 2 months back..

    Few details about the sites:

    All sites are 5-6 pages long (including contact, privacy etc pages)
    Each site is earning $1-2 per day from Adsense
    Content on each and every site is 100% unique
    7 out of 10 sites are on 1st page of google
    Each site is receiving around 25-30 visitors per day


    Please don't expect me to give away the names of the all domains to you coz you know it very well that they are less competitive and I can't belive everyone out there to steal my niche..

    If you wanna have a deal with me then I would prefer to have a personal discussion between us..

    Screenshots of the adsense earning + traffic stats + domain owner ships will be showed to only serious and interested buyers..

    Reason why I'm selling this site?
    I have something bigger in my mind and that's why I need some quick cash to get started on to it..

    Potential: As I already said that 7 sites are on page one of google but they aren't on first position of google.. If you can do even a little bit link building and SEO on these then its hell lot easy to move them on the top of the big G and in this way you can even double your earning... The sites have potential to earn more than $800 per month.. All they require is just little bit of SEO and link building..

    Just 2 questions.... how much time is required daily for maintaining the sites? Like putting new text on them, answer questions of visitors, removing spam, etc.?

    And 2500 is a lot of money; how would payment take place? Some kind of Escrow service?

    15 min. a day would be find... Spending like one site per day is a good idea.. :)
    I won't mind in dealing with escrow.. :)

    100% search engine traffic

    Currently I'm talking to 3 guys who are pretty interested in buying these sites.. If they move on then I'll select few more guys who PMed me..
