I want to set up PayPal to receive payments ONLY... Questions:

    Paypal has put 2 amounts into my account which I have to verify. Once I've verified, how long will it take before I can receive payments?

    Do I have to keep funds in the account I have registered with?

    Can I make refunds via paypal?

    yes you can make refunds and keep the money even if your account is unverified or personal. but its kinda risky

    because your account is unverified, so inorder not to get limited then verify your account. pm me if you need help and how to be safe on paypal

    Yes,u can make refunds with the Paypal.You will take only 2 days to recieve money in ur bank account and afetr you verify u can send and recieve unlimited payents.

    if you have account for business , you should upgrade to business plan. or they get a reason to ban you and get your money.
