Is the limit different for India?? I am not in India. For me, the minimum withdrawl limit is $10 with a $1 charge for transfers (As it's a non-US account). No bank charge over $150.

dfsweb, In India the only option to withdraw is by using the cheque system!
And for that the limit is 150$! Only then you can withdraw!

e-gold is much better than moneybookers, though the pain in encashing e-gold is where exchangers charged high fees with it.

Mohit, watch what you say! Withdrawal via Bank account and withdrawal via Cheque are two different things which don't go together!
Your friend must have received a cheque and then encashed it at his bank, that's different and receiving funds into your bank directly from PayPal are different things!
Paypal doesn't allow withdrawals through bank account, you can however request a cheque with a minimum of 150$ and get it delivered to you.

To the person who negative repped me ...
The things I said above is not any lie or so for your information,
PayPal has not yet collaborated with any of the Indian Financial bodies and the only format availble for Indian PayPal account holders is to request a cheque which takes about 3-4 weeks to reach you :)
