The answer to your question is all over this forum, the more you read the more you will learn about search engine marketing. What you listed there some of the off page optimization you can do for your site, you can read up more about the on page optimization you can do for you sites here as well. There is no one answer or even a few answers to search engine marketing, you will find several different answers throughout this forum.

How about learning how to perform on page seo and seo copy writing. If you can achieve these two aspects then you will rank well, quite quickly and against pretty competitive terms. Assuming that you website has been optimized at the design stage.

Creating quality unique content optimized with relevant keywords will also reduce the time spent on off page seo.
