    There seems to be an Extreme tracker at the bottom of the pages so you could follow that for a rough idea. I agree does seem a bit pricey but who knows.

    You think so? Google PR does not updated for more than 3 months now and the sites was developed after the last update.

    What is the connection of the site PR to the site price?

    In my opinion because you provided full stats and anyone can get an idea of links and indexed pages, PR shouldn't be much of a factor in this case.

    I'm basing my opinion on the content, just seems a bit much to me but that is purely IMO. What sort of income are you generating from them?

    I don't think the PR is so much an issue, but the content can be found in hundreds of places and the domain names aren't all that great. Not saying they don't have value, but I think you are pricing them quite a bit too high.

    This guy has many stories on why he is selling his sites. If past actions are an indicator of the future, his adsense revenue for those sites is closing to zero that $40-- despite what the link to some screen shot will show.

    Buyer beware.

    What is your problem? Does you just signup here to hijack post... I have lot of sales and I don't get any negative response/comment from those people who buy my sites. And some of them are from this site...

    If you have nothing to do with your life then leave me alone I don't bother you and I don't know you anyway.
