Unfortunately for that price range we currently can't do unmetered.

 

That budget is hard to get but you can try pulseinternet

 

Pulseinternet have good RAM and good price but looks like they dont have unmetered bandwidth

and beware, once your proxy grows or start to grow, vps will kck you out.
