    I am selling http://www.game-world.co.uk this is games site but I have no longer got time to manage it all offers will be looked at, all I ask is that you stay with the same web hoster its just 4.99 per month (note no games are hosted on the server it index them)

    What kind of traffic do you currently get? What are you actually selling (the domain, the site content, anything else?). What's the lowest price you'll accept?

    People will expect this sort of information before they'll even think about making an offer.

    Also, why on earth do you want the buyer to stay with the same web hoster?
