How to remove an Un-Paid

    Hi,

I seem to have run into a problem. I won a auction, but the seller received a BIN and failed to end the auction. This left me as the auction winner, but the site was sold to someone else, which in turn has left me an up-paid and a 80% as a buyer. How can I/We (the seller) fix this?

    Thanks

I won three auctions I payed for two via paypal and had no unpaid, then the third one obamaunderground came in and I now have an unpaid. None of these three had an instant pay and these three are the only ones in my market place so I'm not sure.

Once you figure out which auction it is, you can get the seller to cancel your bid. Not an ideal solution, but one possible "workaround" (that I used).

Yep! And I paid for that one via paypal and never looked to see if it was Instant Pay, just went off the PM. So when it's Instant Pay do we have to use it or can it be paid like I apparently did?

If instant pay is available, you must use instant pay to keep profile for showing an unpaid item.

If it's Instant Pay, there's no way for the system to know if it was paid unless it was paid via Instant Pay.
