    Just in case new members read this thread and don't read the sticky (as many won't) you need 3 likes from 3 different members to become established. When this happens a *like* button will appear at the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

    You guys should make a function that only shows sticky-posts in the forums when a new user logs in - after reading them (well, at least opening them), s/he can then start posting stuff. Would probably not help, but at least you could go "did you actually READ the obligatory information-posts before whining?"
