How to give and get feedbacks from others?

Hi. I want to know that how can I get the feedback from others and how can I give my feedback to them?

In what context?
If you/they have a blog you can exchange comments.
If you/they are here at Digital Point you can exchange PMs or start a thread asking for 'Opinions on [Whatever]'. Apart from that I don't really get wht you mean

 

naaaaah, i m telling about the feedback about ourselves. Means on some good thread they will give us green or something. what is it?

 

You mean reputation. That's right - if your write something good you can be rewarded with green reputation by the other users. Check the FAQs for more info.

 

The only thing you need to do is make useful posts and the greens will pour!

If people like what you right then yes, they should rep you. Not quite automatic because you've got to do a little bit of work to be rewarded. Your best course of action is to read the rep FAQ - I'll add the link here once I've found it.
