ideally if u have good amount of visitors u would definitely get some clicks. Say 1 per 1000 or 5 per 1000 and you dont have to do anything special.

If even after having visitors ur CTR is less or very less then u need to play with the positions of your ads. Try to have more incontent advertisements.

If u try any other tricks like intermixing ur content with ads it will lead to an abnormally high CTR and google will suspect foul play and ban ur account.

So just try to increase the avg number of visitors by adding more and more content and the clicks will flow naturally along with money.

Increase ur click value by adding high cpc content from your niche.

Make a good content site, that people want to visit and revisit. The more time they spend on your site the more likely they are to click an ad

A good content and a good ads placement can give you a click on your ads. So, try to have an experiment on your ads and content.

Place your ads in typical navigation sections. (Usually to the left of the page, or across the top - below a header image or logo.) People tend to look to these spots first.

you should optimize more on the content of your ads..or, merely, you should use words that can attract the needs of people that you want to click on your ads.

There is no way to get the ppl clicking your ads. Highly targeted traffic and good ad positions is the onley (legit) way.
