How to get 80% of your visitors to click your ads

I have been playing around with all sorts of ideas i found in sites like this one for years now. Finally, i believe I found the way to lure my visitors to do just what I need them to do - click my ads.

The concept is a simple one :
    • choose a simple yet eye-filling template. News-style templates are very fashionable.
    • choose a concise placement of ads in each page.
    • limit the number of ad-boxes you place on any page. Don't flood your page with ads. It gets ugly.
    • limit the number of ads displayed at a time. Don't flood your readers with too much information. Less is better than a lot.
    • choose colours for your ads that work with your template, but make them different.

Some of these rules go against a lot of suggestions i generally read about ad-placement but it HAS been working.

To cap it all off, I provide a simple but robust search form in the header of my site. So even if i havent written an article about the subject my visitors are looking for, they do a search for their keywords.

I find my readers like the style i provide. Fact is, I have received a staggering 170,000 searches in my site in the last 4 months.

And my ads are being clicked!
I use my own advertising program, but you could try these suggestions with any advertising program.

I have written a short article explaining and showing just how i did it.
    Your feedback is appreciated.

I guess I should post that I went to your site and spent about 20 minutes reading your articles. Nice site. I'm not sure I believe all of the stats you've posted, but it's an interesting concept. Well, I know I don't believe all of the stats you've posted because you claim to write ten articles per day, three hundred per month, yet there aren't 300 articles on your site, and you say it's over three months old. I still appreciate the info you're sharing though, so thanks.

yes, the most appropriate and sure way that you can have a hit is simply blending your ads with your templates, well that includes the design and colors.

Watcha for that if you are using Google Adsense. You might get banned, if 80% of your visitors to click your ads.
