How to get quality links?

    I am still fairly new to linkbuilding, but what is the best way to get quality backlinks. I was getting about 100 visitors per day about 1 week ago, but then I changed some stuff on my site and now I'm only getting about 20 per day.

    The best way to get quality backlinks is to trade the links with other webmasters so you get in advantage or you can buy links if you have a good budget

    ask with google & check PR as well as back links of appropriate sites.

    If you find good PR directory and article like ezine then you should try to submit good content then you can get quality back links.
