Here in this forum I see that a lot of people are working for Commission Junction.
So I thought of putting this question here.
After signing up with CJ I am asked to fill up the above form before taking up
promoting any product as affiliate, since I am not a citizen of US.

I am from India and I got the form also. But the columns are confusing.
Will some body who is from other country , guide me about this form.
    I will be much obliged.

    Best regards

Thank you jalte for providing the link for filling up the form .
But it is quite strange that deepak has no problem of submission of this form.
Some people at the other forums too have not done the form
    submission.
Any way now I will now submit the form with the help of the above link

    Best regards:)

It only costs you a piece of paper, an envelope, stamp and a few drops of inks. ;) So, why take risk?

The W-8 (as I've learned in becoming knowledgable with the business field) is a IRS form (DUH!) for foreign withdrawing. That's all I know, but go to the irs.gov to fill it out and submit or check it out. Other then that, I believe the W-8 is only for people overseas.
