    are you getting some error which accessing certain category on this forum ?
    since you are new you might not be allowed to use private messaging yet other than that I don't see any restrictions on new members ( correct me if I am wrong )

    You don't require posts, you need 3 likes from 3 different members. This gets you *established* then you can do more on here than you can presently.
