I will suggest you to become content writer and write Ezine quality contents and once there are like 5 approved articles at ezine or hubpages then you can launch your service commercially.
Get yourself a weekend job and continue your online effort. The online world will not make you money that fast. It's hard work.
I must add that posting content every day is a big factor in this money making process you want. Write that content, and connect to all of your chosen social medias. Don't lose interest and stay involved constantly. (I love using google analytics on my phone!)
Offering your services (writing, web design, graphics) is in my opinion the easiest way to start making decent money online.
Great comments, here! Some advice that I would give would be that you should first create some sort of an income-stream before you try and tackle online marketing. ...Therefore; you then have some capital to invest in marketing etc. There are plenty of other threads on this forum that teach you how to do that E.g. Selling services, creating products, make money on eBay, Fiverr, Freelancing. Just think outside of the box!
That moment when you decide to commit to making money online, realize that a huge portion of your time at the start is going to be spent learning the ropes. $200/month is real easy depending on how much work you're willing to put in and how much you're willing to spend. There's a lot of ways you can go about it that it's hard to point you in a certain direction. Just stick to something you KNOW is working for many others, and keep at it till you break through yourself ~ Mateen

you need to try and test many things, until somethings sticks... that is why I agree with the comment here to find a part time job for the 200$ and at the same time do your best to test ...
