No Sammie. no one can rep a member when he/she is banned. The moment you get banned , rep button is gone from your posts. I have seen that.
see i was banned for 6 weeks and all 3 of them red reps were made in the last 3 weeks. so you can rep people while they are banned. i was banned on the 23rd of april
But I have seen in threads that when ppl are banned, rep button is gone. I am confused.Just check some banned member post by yourself and see.
well thank you sweetie. xXx maybe you can rep people that are auto banned for infractions, but not people manual banned by a mod?
