    - a great alexa (500k minus)
    - some backlinks
    - min. Pr1 (pr0 considered)
    - low revenue
    - not listed in dp or other sites

    wanted proxy ,directory sites, squezzepages (2 million alexa no problem), and similar sites prefered.
