It's good to ask for a review but you have to wait like the rest of us to post in the reviews section.

Site looks ok. For revenue you must work for more traffic.
    What is your traffic stats?

Not really . He needs an opinion from adsense point of view.

I would agree with this. Use the forums here to find directories to post in and then create backlinks with relevant sites to pump up your uniques. I have done this and seen a huge jump in my traffic on my sites which ultimately means more adsense revenue.

I hope you don't mind an honest opinion. Your site looks like you thought you'd get-rich-quick by simply throwing up a crappy Website. It's missing a lot of elbow grease.

Nobody is gonna click on Adsense ads that don't blend into the site and are at the bottom of the right sidebar.

    The site is not usable.

You are barely indexed by Google.

    MHO.

I thought the ads placement is OK, except the ones intentionally put in the bottom, reducing their visibility.

Your welcome. It does take time to be consistent. I am battling the weekend bug of ad revenue drop myself. I get the same clicks and traffic on ads, just lower amount of revenue. I do believe for a travel site yours is setup pretty well. It could use a little more tweaking though, but not bad at all.

Ok, I'm going to be brutally honest here. So some of this you might not want to hear.

    * The logo at the top of your site has to go. It looks out of place, rather integrate it into the image bar that you have on the page.
    * You are using images for text. This is not good for search engines, and reversely not good for Adsense as well. You should always use text for text unless it's in a logo.
    * Content, content and once again content. Your content is extremely lacking in the most part. It seems as if the site just consists of links.

Once you have addressed these you might get better response.

The biggest problems is the lack of unique content. You need to add

Copyright © 2005 Rough Guides. All rights reserved.

... to give credit to where you "borrowed" the content, and hope they don't sue you.

You have a good site here but as someone says it needs some elbow grease - I am confident you will find amazing help from everyone on here, I know I have.

Here is what I suggest from what I have learnt on here:

I have been looking at the source of each page and it seems the Head Tags are mostly missing which are needed for the search engines. Make sure your Keywords match the main content of what you have written about.

You may want to change the name of the actual pages that you have uploaded. For example waikiki-main.htm could be renamed Waikiki-Hawaii.htm this way you are using keywords in the page name.

The adsense on the right hand side could be changed in colour, I think the font colour (Pink) in the Adsense spoils the overall design of the page.

The images are not good quality and are blurred. Find free stock images with Google and use ones releated to your topic....travel, exotic islands etc. Dont forget to use ALT Tags on your images - again using keywords.

Now with your new stock images use them to your advantage with Adsense by following this post - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=17104

It will probably take a few days to follow it to the end but its well worth it.

Build on your backlinks by submitting your URL to different directories out there and also to the major search engines - I have done well with listings in MSN by following peoples tips across this forum (Thanks Everyone).

Submit Articles to sites like Article City.com with links going back to your site - you have a good topic based site.

Hope this helps and Good Luck.

    ALSO:

One one of your Adsense links I was taken too http://www.seychelles-travel.co.uk/pages/accom_ladigue.htm and I am getting a 404 page cannot not be found. I would ban seychelles-travel.co.uk using your Adsense options.

Just out of interest, I click your Adsense link because I wanted to see seychelles-travel.co.uk as I am going to the UK soon :D

No it is not allowed. I think MacDesign was being a bit sarcastic. You are not allowed to use content from any other site without the permission of the creator , regardless if a Copyright statement is on the site.

If you however make use of content by paraphrasing, qouting a paragraph or whatever, you should give credit to your source.

The title of the adsense might be better if it was light blue possibly black or red on the txt - Its probably best you play around with the adsense colours and see what makes the best fit.

I have been reading on other posts that people are using the 250x250 ads and placing 4 small images along the left hand side of the add and also using the leaderboard ad with 4 small images above.

Any changes you make to your adsense make sure to email Google and ask them if it fits their TOS.

I'm no web designer, but I'd tone down the colors a bit. Do a google search for free web templates, and find something a little simpler. Just my 2 cents.
