Feedback Help Needed - Some one else using my photo as their avatar

This person is using my photo as his avatar. He has basically copied my avatar. If its a normal graphics or design, I wouldn't mind at all. But some one copying your photo and portraying as you is really ridiculous in my opinion. It is complicated when both of us are active domainers - This will simply confuse the buyers.

I have contacted this user many time, but he says he likes it and he will keep it What a madness.

There is a thread going on regarding this. Can a mod / admin suggest what to do? I would be happy if you can take down his avatar from backend. Please advice.

P.S.: I own copyright for this avatar and i can prove this to concerned person. Thanks.

 

I looked at a thread with both of you present and it is annoyingly confusing.

Np, since he openly admits he swiped it he'll probably decide it was a bad idea as his rep starts to go red. Doubt thats going to take long from the looks of it. Nobody likes a thief.
