Help me build a great list of resources

Hey all,

I had started taking interviews a few days back after 2 successful interviews here and here, now i am trying to build a huge list of Directory Resources.

It is Directory Tools where i am going to make a list of the following things and their resources -

Directory Scripts
PhpLink Directory Themes Portals
Other Directory Theme Portals
PhpLink Directory Mods
Other Directory Tools

I have already added a good number of scripts and portals, but am finding difficulty in getting some good places for MODS etc, so i need you all to share the places where mods and other directory tools are available.

Please post here and i will addit ASAP!
