    I was thinking about selling one of my sites.

    Its a computer support site with IPB forum.

    The main site and the forum have a PR3 at the moment with a predicted PR4.

    Gets about 100 - 200 uniques a day.

    Site has only recently had adsence added to it and only gets the odd click but when people do click i'm getting over $1 per click, also has text link adds on the front end @$35 a month with 2 adverts on there (have been for 3 months.

    Forum has 60 members with 3167 posts.

    Custom design and valid XHTML1 strict and valid CSS.

    Main site is driven by a database but at the moment without the admin section, but thats easy for me to add.

    Any feedback on what I could expect would be great.

    as per the traffic and earning and niche is concerned... i can give a raw target anywhere between $200-$500 your site stands...
