Guest Blogging is Dead, What's Will be next ?

Google is shocking Every bloggers and webmasters daily by their Updates. Since there are too many algo update in very less time.
And Now According to Matt cutts Guest Blogging Will Not Help Bloggers to getting back links as From Now google will consider them as spam.

• Death of Articles Directory.
• Death of Guest Posting.

What Will be Next ? Will it Blog Commenting ?

 

Who knows what's next but i would rather say to get tighten up for more !! If i talk about myself i have now started concentrating more on the content, and slightly less on the optimization by building links etc !!

I would support Prasseo here. Guest posting is not dead - just do not abuse this opportunity and enjoy results.

 

If you are doing Guest blogging to attract targeted audience towards your website, then it is not dead. If you are doing it for SERP then obviously it’s dead. The same applies to blog commenting.

 

Its just an advice by Google that you should not to guest blogging... You can always do guest blogging... how in the world will Google come to know about you communication with the blogger about guest blogging.

My prediction on what's next: the easiness of YouTube ranking.

It's so easy right now. The high DA authority protects it, so you just throw 100k spam comments at it and *viola*. This is how the Google engine used to be too. Just makes sense that they would apply this to their other 2nd most widely used search engine.

 

Well, No techniques are dead, meanwhile all techniques are well-optimized than before, inorder to give perfect result by Google. So experts of SEO be sure itz time to sharp your minds to follow google's updates constantly

 

Guest blogging is not dead completely, however now Google has been devaluing backlinks coming from from guest blogging sites which seem to be spam. As Matt Cutts said on his blog :- "if you’re using guest blogging as a way to gain links in 2014, you should probably stop. Why? Because over time it’s become a more and more spammy practice, and if you’re doing a lot of guest blogging then you’re hanging out with really bad company."

Therefore if you are only doing guest blogging for generating backlinks and there is no relevance of your article to the site you are posting it and your content is not unique then you should stop doing it. Also we don't heard about any particular update which tackles only guest blogging so there's no big fear in doing it but you should do it in a proper way. According to me I would like to say ...To Guest bloggers - Post your articles on only relevant , high quality sites and not post too many articles in one blog; To blog owners - Allow only relevant and high quality content articles on your blog. Most Important thing in the end that I would like to say is that Guest blogging should not be your only way of link building. You should try out other methods also. Make your link building profile such that it looks to Google as a natural links coming from various sources.

 

Yes, Prasseo, you are right - Most of the people confused with some new terms, but Nothing is dead we have to use all seo off-page Techniques in a proper way(white hat seo).

 

Nothing is Dead. Good only wants us to stop spamming. If you do it correctly nothing will harm you.

 

Yes! Google is strict about spam back links. You have to use it in right way. Excessive everything is harmful I believe.

Article submission and guest blogging have change with time. Many article directories have shut down. Guest blogging has become very strict, however with informative content, you can get backlinks in the good websites.

Guest blogging is not dead. If you write the blog to gain the links then it will count in spam but if write the content and link with your social account then it will not count as spam. So write content and share and gain visibility not links.

 

If it is blog commenting I'm going to have a fit. I really try to not focus too much on SEO anymore and I'm focusing on getting traffic from social media.
