Google sets up adsense on the wrong account. Any ideas?

    I recently set up adsense using my personal google account. However, my account is linked to my company's account (I have access to my company's adwords and analytics information). Oddly, Google attached the adsense account to my company's google account instead my personal account even though I was logged in using my personal account when I set up adsense. So the company now has an adsense account it doesn't need or want with me as the payee.

    Any thoughts on how I should proceed? If I cancel this account and create another one, how can I ensure that the new account gets attached to my personal google account instead of to my company's account? Do I have to unlink them first?
