A company of that size and with a product that has to be looked over 24/7 they should always have people looking at it and working. They may not give support for questions but I can guarantee they are still going to take away fraud clicks.
It's really annoying when you need a fast response and all you get is some automated & completely useless message like that. Google should really improve their support.
