Revenue the last few days with minimal traffic 1$.

Doesn't mean much but shows how easy this site can make money if someone complete it.

What are the ramifications of owning and using a domain with 2 trademarked terms..? "Google" and "PR"..?

I'm guessing this is a reverse auction, he's asking us how much does he has to pay us to take it.

Better get to 3 figures before I'm interested.

I'll bid twice as much, simply because the links are too light to be seen :p

Doesn't look good. Their lawyers could email you demanding you hand it over at any time.

    The site is sold.

Regarding the trademarks. Yes, it is possible that they could demand the domain but I have had the domain for almost a year without any problem and it was only 10$.

For 10 bucks wasn't worth the time to develop a good site, and then have to argue a 'fair use' privledge to G.

Next time offer me 100 bucks. ;)

Perhaps, but then again. you didn't buy it. ;-)

Anyhow, Im not arguing against that it might be an trademark related risk with this domain and their might be people who are more blackhat that like to make what they can with the domain before they might be forced to turn it over. But I understand your standpoint. Anyhow the site has been sold for 10$ (regular auction) so why don't we just move on?

PS why would i pay you to take the domain when i can just drop it?
