Google Dance: Keywords position fluctuation

Hi all,

My sites keywords position in google is fluctuating since two weeks sometimes its in 3rd position and sometimes not in 100. I have checked in various datacenters of google and i found the same fluctuation there also.

Is it Google Dance.

Can anyone guide me what should I do to overcome this prob and fix my position in google.

 

Google dance is very normal, all you need to do is relax and continue on building links.

 

Your always should do anything to stable your positions
But in described case it's regular not stopping google page weight recalculation

With in a day itself I found my page fluctuates many times, and it regains its place also.

 

with one keyword my site fluctuates between 26 to 55... but It doesn't happen that not even in 100

 

I think this should be called the google yoyo. It means that new and less trusted sites go up and down in the serps.

Google dance was when at the end of the month the complete serps fluctuated for every search query. These days google has updates all the time - but they don't impact trusted sites as much as newer, less trusted sites.

The advice is the same though: keep building quality links.
