Just be patient,a lot of people will tell you the same in the few months of their ads campaign,but with time and proper ads your click through will rise.Do any of this; 1 Try bidding higher (at beginning only) 2 Add managed content networks 3 Create more compelling ads. Even if you don't want to bid higher ,just try the other two and you will soon have a higher CTR. Good Luck.

I thought I saw a similar post... I'm not sure what you are asking. If you want to increase your CTR, make your ads better.
