Google backlinks are updating

    Google backlinks are updating again...it seems mine are dropping a bit from 285 to 267. As my backlinks increase, the "one's that count" decrease. According to Google webmaster tools, my actual backlinks keep increasing, now over 17,000. Odd isn't it.

    And NO, I do not participate in link exchanges, etc...never.

    but still my backlinks are same, google showing only 10 backlinks for my site.
