Just checked and found all my sites link popularity in Google has been updated!! better check your site.
My friend noticed PR update yesterday. However, I think it is weird because PR update usually follow backlink update. All my sites PR still not changed yet.
Is it when you query on Google with link: operator or in Google's webmaster account? My DC does not yet show it with link: operator.

I have checked my sites. Yes backlinks have been exported. And I can also see a pr change in at least one of my sites.
Mine didn't update but my website has only been indexed for 4 days and the domain name is only 3-4 weeks old, but on top of that I have gotten 1 pr5 to link to me 2 pr4 1 pr3 and a bunch of pr 0 1 and 2s. I'm trying to hit pr4 on this update, think its possible? links did change on one of my sites though.

Yeah - You are right. I checked two sites which didn't generate any links - and so was at previous level. But some of my other sites generated quite few more than the previous update ( think 15-20 days back) - and hence they are showing those new links with the link operator. These days Google is quite quick to index and show new links than --lets say..........one year back. Along with that - my SERPs also increased - I think its the effect of those new links.
Backlinks are always updating by the Big G but it could be a build up for a possible PR update over the weekend but no one knows,it will happen when it want too.
