OK, sorry about the post before. My friend who ran the stats is an idiot and gave me the wrong fill. Some background on these sites, here are the URL's:

It started out as GameBulge only first. The premier spot for flash games on the internet. So far this month, we've gotten over 4,000+ searches in Google for "GameBulge" and a ton for "Games" and over 2,000 for "Paintball Game".

The name is starting to set in and we get over 1,000 users per day with no advertising. Off of GameBulge alone I make $5-6 a day with AdSense (or CPX).

VidBulge is a bit newer and has a user system and a comment system. Everything is custom. There's a video player with the logo embedded, a custom "admin" section we created for uploading the videos, etc.

VidBulge rakes in most of its profits from direct advertising (around $200-300/month) and some through CPX/AdSense (around 2-3$ a day).

is this custom script ?

 

It's not a script. It's a unique site I built from the ground up. Everything is in a database.

To upload video's there is an "admin" panel for VidBulge which allows you to add a title, pick a category, description and then add the video.

Adding games to GameBulge is a process in itself but I suppose I can make a script to make it easier for the new owner if need be. Right now you just have to upload the game and add a new row in the database (it takes 2 minutes maximum). If really need be, I can make an easy script for the new owner, wouldn't have a problem doing that.

Not to be rude but your offering me 10% of what I'm asking. The websites together make $300 in about three-four weeks. The vBulletin license alone costs $160 (half of $300).

The lowest I'm willing to go is $2,500 for VidBulge and GameBulge alone (without TalkBulge).

 

All sites show a massive initial advertising in the recent past. Not organic traffic at all, so it will probably go down in a few months.

who uploads the videos on the video site? the users? can u pm me screenshot showing how many are uploaded daily by users? do you upload any yourself? as the video count is quite low right now.

please pm me all details of how user system works as well and how many members so far in each site.

also send me refferal screenshots so i can see where the traffic is coming from. if some is from search engines, please send me screenshot of keywords as well. send me details for the past 2 months.

Don't follow Alexa rankings much. Alexa only counts users who have Alexa toolbar installed (which most people don't).

I've shown the stats from AWStats. It's all organic hits. A lot through Social Bookmarking, Forums, etc.
