Is it me or is it really happening? Every time someone dares mention something negative against phpLD and the owner the thread seems to be closed without any explantion. I don't know a huge amount about the script except its pretty much popular and has a good following here but why can't it take critisism on the chin like everyone else has to.

I believe there is a "positive" criticism and "negative" one. I understand that there should be a freedom of speech, but it doesn't mean one can write anything he wants. That's why there should be some rules, but focus here is not legalism but common sense and courtesy to fellow members. But obviously, some people are not matured enough to know that. So, we see people arguing, cussing each other in the forum on a regular basis. Sometime we should take time and think if the post is "ok". I understand that our emotions tell us to "go ahead and post it!" sometimes.
Maybe the first thread was closed by the OP? So are you saying that the mod that closed your thread took a stand against you ?
If all you plan on doing is to continue to bitch and whine in every single thread you seem to create, then expect the thread to be closed; with the additional possibility of what appears to be a much needed vacation. grow up.
I couldn't agree more, but from what I'm seeing, and it isn't just me, I just have the front to speak up about it, it always seems to be phpLD that is protected. Has there ever been an instance where a thread bashing the other big gun esyndicat, wsnlinks or worse phpLynx recently been closed because they've had abuse thrown at them? Not to my knowledge there hasn't which in my mind shows blatant bias. @login; I'm not saying anything of the sort, I'm asking a plain and simple question as to 'WHY' these threads get closed when threads just as detrimental but relating to other scripts never get closed and a lot worse gets said about them. If I'm right here anon it was you who was doing the bitchin on the closed threads so in effect it was you I was standing up for, I'm kinda puzzled at the chamelion that seems to have appeared.
You are also dazed and confused with what you are reading as well. Try rereading the threads and see where I got anything closed. *sigh*... yes, you need a vacation for sure.
Anon I never said YOU got the thread closed? I was actually thinking because you had the balls to stand up and state a few home truths that the truth you told hurt certain people hence the closing of the thread, can't see why you think you should have a dig at me, I'm supporting you.
i have been seeing your threads popping up, and all you do is show hatred toward phpLD. YES YEs... we know you love phpLynx .. you have showed that many times.... but if trashing other scripts is in one of your marketing techniques ... than you are not getting me ... for sure... and the reason why your threads gets closed are because they are pointless .... Sure ill take a few cracks at ya since ya opened the door for me No its not that anyone likes or dislikes the script its that most posts and or sentences that come out off your mouth have something to do with a certain script and to be honest with you i think your efforts are actually getting old and people are tired of hearing about it so rather then push new customer towards it going against the script... I mean i really think that DP should have some "Sub Forums" under DIRECTORIES for the major script makers and then all these HELP "i cant do this and that" and "My script offer has so much more then thiers" would stop or be better handled as well as it would serve as recruitment center like your attempting to do... Plus the entire directory community would probably grow...
