i just want to inform everybody that freddy is a big scammer. i paid hime for template for 450 usd (please see this) he has the money (please see the screenshots in the thread) but he never sent the design. now i learn that he is trying to sell this design again. do not do any business with him.
Leave him negative iTrader, and file a dispute on paypal. The ususal steps to aproach a scam, you did the right thing to put his username in the title in case people need to search him for future reference.
Hmm this is making DP in my opinion alot more unsafe. People with over 1k+ posts and 20+ itrader in my opinion would be trusted. Not anymore. I dont trust anyone.

It seems on that post you use a credit card in paypal, so call your credit card company and argue to get the money back. Also, if you think he is using multiple accounts, PM a mod with proof to check it out. Best of luck to you, I know you said that is not a lot of money for you, but still any bit to get scammed really sucks, good luck!
Yes it's confusing... I read one of Donald Trump's book, he said, "Never trust anyone in business!" but how can we practice that in DP? If we trust no one, then how can we have some services that we need? It's confusing...

Im sarcastic... if if everybody online did that way there would not be any online business left I dont sell (have not done that for now, im a buyer) but i have actually started to pay after i get something done, this is for the coders/designers and general developers i hire.. they have F'ed me most.. If i buy a site i dont mind to pay and then get the domain/files because i dont look at very expensive sites and all have gone quit good for now so ..... PS: As you see i even bought a site (in my Avatar) that i (and every one else) can get my (their) anger out in, and right now there is a new design that will be made by a really reputated and expensive member from another forum and its going to be customized by a guy thats working with online casino and huge stock trading businesses.. With one word im willing to put some money in it if i can get their names out to some people at least..
