    Forum has about 50 unique visitors per day and few $ via AdSense / month. I have no time for promotion so I think that buyer can make amazing things with it.

    I've already spent about $300 (vBulletin - owned license, vBulletin design, paid posting).

    Auction
    I'm looking just for $500 BIN or you can start with $200 bid. I'll decide about action's end later.

    Domain registar is dynadot and domain is valid until 2008/10/28. I can provide one year of freehosting for binner (I'll give you FTP access, MySQL access,...). Domain has good Alexa and I'm very sure it will have at least PR3 after next Google update.
