Flook Find Search Engine

hey i started this new search engine called flook (fluke) find www.flookfind.com and i want to get its ranking up ive been trying everything and it friggen stays the same can someone tell me whats the best thing to increase ranking. Also i want to make an advertizing program on the site or something that will seperate if from other ones if anyone has any ideas it would be great. take care. and if you dont want to help flook off. ahah

Yeah, that could get you into trouble. Espeically with the AdSense ads on a site that has a logo that looks quite familar in color scheme/style.

 

hey so you guys dont like the site. check it out now. its every home page in one i think its very useful just give it a chance. you can explore the web without ever using an address bar.

Well your exactly right the site is in fact a rip of and that is the purpose of the site to offer every site and not just one site. Its very useful if you take the time to notice which site are available to be searched and used.

 

It is not that anyone dislikes your site. What many probably take issue with is the fact that the logo is very similar to Google's, so much in fact that several of the letters are stolen directly from the Google logo. Change that and I think you will be fine.

 

hey thanks. my whole marketing plan is that it has the best of every major site included on it knowing that would you still say to change the logo. it contains letters from yahoo, dogpile and goole right now to try to show its universal. anyways thanks

Another thing that pops out is how much the icons at the top of the page look a lot like the ones on yahoo.com

 

the links are there because i found people who visited the site feel more reluctant to go to yahoo if they see the same links at the top. a person who knows nothing about computers would be more willing to attend the site.

 

I guess you are not understanding what I am trying to imply. You are using someone else's copyrighted material on your website. You will have better luck getting your site ranked and noticed if it is a bit more original, and contains material that belongs to you, not someone else.

 

well i guess you could say it is officially copywrited but this is the internet anyone who takes a picture off someone else's site could be considered a theif if you look it it that way. If anyone knows a way of how i could simply re write the title to make it more unique could you please help me out. possibly like a program that makes good text or something like that. as for the yahoo icons taken straight of there site. i think it is best they stay to imply that the site is in fact a rip off site the includes the best of the web.
