Floating Ads... Is it allowed ?

What if i place my ads inside a floating layer and scroll it automatically when the visitor scrolls the page ?
What do you think guys is it agains the TOS ?

don't know... You should ask a person who works for Adsense!

 

Thanks for the tip jorik but I was wondering if anybody here also did this before. You know DP feedback is 1000 times faster than google.

PS : Aren't we all working for AdSense ?

 

I have seen several times this type of flying divs with adsense - but dunno if this is allowed

 

I don't think that would be allowed, because it's like forcing the person to click the ads.
